Her background includes some time in higher education studying Hotel and Hospitality Management at the University of Houston;  years of hands-on experience in patient care and certifications in medical billing & coding with emphasis on full revenue cycle within the specialty of Oncology.

Since transitioning from an employee to a business owner, Kryssi has built her business on a foundation of excellence, empathy, and high production standards.
